Coca Cola

Students at my university had been feeling that there was some ignorantly discriminatory speech amongst the student body, and as a result, a group of us decided to create a spec-ad campaign to address it. Minority students wanted a "cool" way of showing how it doesn't matter what race or color of skin you have, everyone is worth being friends with.

Ask

Make a video celebrating diversity amongst the student body using Coca Cola as a pretend "sponsor".

Approach

We decided we would redesign the coke product design to express that no matter what color the bottle may be, what's inside will always be wonderful.

I also wanted to create an anthem piece to accompany the packaging redesign, so I used masks and a green screen to accomplish this.

My Contribution

I helped in the ideation process, supervised the green screen studio shoot, and edited the video together using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
